DREAM CACAO CONTAINS MELATONIN

According to an expert opinion by JAZMP, doses between 0.1 mg and 0.5 mg taken orally are sufficient to promote sleep and influence the circadian rhythm without causing side effects (Zhdanova et al., 2005).
 
DOSAGE & PREPARATION
One DREAM CACAO sachet provides a 30-day supply. Prepare the drink approximately 30 minutes before bedtime with water, plant-based milk, or regular milk – according to your taste and preference. Use 100–200 ml of liquid, or adjust the amount to your liking.
