the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS No. 86/2004) and the

exclusively for sending invoices and other necessary communication related to the

purchase of an item.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR INDIVIDUALS

AT ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o.

I. DATA CONTROLLER PRESENTATION

ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. is the first private self-pay pediatric clinic in

Slovenia, engaged in personalized medicine.

Since operations and business today are inevitably linked to the processing of

personal data, one of our commitments is to respect the privacy of our employees,

visitors to our portal, users, and other individuals, as well as to protect their personal

data. We undertake to handle the collected personal data in accordance with the

provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the

Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the

processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing

Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), and national regulations governing this area.

II. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION VISION

ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. is a trusted controller of personal data. We

understand and acknowledge the importance of trust, security, and privacy of all

individuals and we respect them. We also protect the privacy of all individuals by

developing technology that ensures a safe online experience.

III. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. does not have a designated data protection officer

because we do not process personal data to an extent that would require this

obligation.

IV. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

a) ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. processes individuals’ personal data (employees,

visitors and users of the portal, online shop customers, and others) based on or

within the framework of the legal basis (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and other international

agreements, EU regulations, and national laws, which require ATELJE ZDRAVJA

ELITE d.o.o. to provide personal data to state authorities (such as the Ministry of the

Interior, FURS, various inspections, etc.) and other controllers (such as ZZZS, ZRSZ,

ZPIZ, etc.) to fulfill their or our legal obligations or competencies.

b) ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. processes individuals’ personal data (users of the

website who create a user account on the portal) within and for the purpose of

performing contracts, supporting users, including for the conclusion of contracts and

during negotiations (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

On the basis of a contract, ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. also processes the

personal data of users of the online store profile (registered customers in the online

store). The data collected and subsequently processed for the purpose of exercising

the rights and obligations of the online profile user are precisely defined in the

General Terms and Conditions available at www.dr-tina.com.

On the basis of a contract, ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. also processes personal

data of employees and other associates (students) who cooperate with the company

based on one of the forms of employment relationship necessary for concluding and

exercising the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship.

c) ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. processes personal data based on legitimate

interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the purpose of reducing risks of intrusions into our

website (ensuring information security, reducing the risk of unauthorized access to

important business information, intellectual property, personal data of website users,

preventing website abuse, and ensuring the information system) and for analytical

and statistical purposes. In this case, data of website visitors are mainly collected to

identify: the IP address of the computer or mobile device, browser type, domain

names, access date and time, and pages visited. In addition to reducing the risk of

intrusions and unauthorized access, this data may also be used for analytical and

statistical purposes, as well as for various analyses and statistics necessary to verify

the correctness of business decisions and plan new ones.

d) In certain cases, ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. requests the consent of

individuals (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the processing of their personal data when such

processing is necessary for purposes not defined in legal bases and for the purpose

of creating and sending customized service offers. The types of personal data

processed are precisely listed in the consent invitation. ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE

d.o.o. also requests consent for processing personal data for sending newsletters

about its service updates. In this case, the processing of personal data takes place

within the permissible scope of the individual's statement regarding personal data,

purpose, and agreed communication channels – until withdrawal.

e) The processing of personal data of visitors to the ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o.

website is based on their consent, except for the processing of personal data

necessary to ensure the proper functioning of our website or portal.

V. PERSONAL DATA USERS AND POSSIBLE TRANSFERS TO THIRD

COUNTRIES

In addition to ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o., personal data is also processed on

our behalf and for our account by our processors. These are usually providers of

information support in personal data processing, but also external users such as

ZPIZ, ZZZS, and other state authorities under the law.

The transfer of personal data may include cross-border transfers of personal data to

third countries. In accordance with European legislation, we will transfer personal

data only to recipients who ensure an adequate level of data protection. We

guarantee that personal data will be protected according to European standards.

VI. INDIVIDUALS’ RIGHTS

By sending a written request to ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o., Vodovodna cesta

99a, 1000 Ljubljana, or to info@dr-tina.com, an individual may request access,

supplementation, correction, blocking or restriction of processing, or deletion of

personal data, object to the processing of data concerning them, and request data

portability.

An individual may at any time withdraw, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in

part, their given consent for the processing of personal data by sending a written

request to ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o., Vodovodna cesta 99a, 1000 Ljubljana, or

to info@dr-tina.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of

processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

An individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of

the Republic of Slovenia if they believe that their personal data is being stored or

otherwise processed in violation of applicable regulations governing personal data

protection.

VII. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIODS

ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. will process personal data to the extent necessary to

fulfill the purposes of processing and as long as necessary to achieve the intended

goal.

Personal data is thus processed until the purpose is fulfilled or within the limitation

periods for obligations that could arise from the processing of this personal data,

especially when the processing of personal data is necessary within the conclusion or

execution of a contract, unless the retention period is prescribed by law. In such

cases, ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. stores the data in accordance with the legal

requirement.

Return of Goods

Complaints and warranty or material defect claims are resolved in accordance with

applicable legislation and the Terms of Purchase of goods and services.

Please inspect the goods you receive immediately and report any defects/damage

within eight (8) working days of receiving the package. Later complaints will not be

considered. Users notify the provider by e-mail: info@dr-tina.com. In the event of

defects, return the product undamaged within eight (8) working days to the address

provided to you by ATELJE ZDRAVJA ELITE d.o.o. by e-mail. The amount will be

refunded as soon as we receive the product.

Shipping of Goods

All products in the online store www.dr-tina.com will be shipped within 3–7 working

days from the day of advance payment or payment by credit card.

The postage fee with Pošta Slovenije is €5.00 (regardless of the weight, quantity, and

size of your order). Delivery costs are charged and stated on the order and invoice

for the goods issued and are paid together with the order amount.
